ADPH London Team Walk Challenge 2022 – Lands End to John O’Groats

The ADPH London team is aiming to walk 2,300,000 steps (1,111 miles) in 8 weeks, which is the distance from Lands’ End to John O’Groats. Each team member, will need to walk 383,300 steps (that’s 50,000 steps a week!), and to do this, we will take break from our desks every day and get outside for a walk.

This will not only enhance our own wellbeing, but for extra motivation, we are raising money for the Trussell Trust- To Stop UK Hunger.
