The apprenticeship is a valuable way for organisations to bolster the public health workforce in London. NHSE is eager to collaborate with employers to overcome challenges in creating new apprenticeship roles. We’re also exploring interest in salary contributions for up to 10 apprentices in 2024/25. This apprenticeship not only attracts fresh talent but also provides an entry point into public health careers. It offers opportunities to those who might not pursue university education, addressing local community and economic inequalities. Our NHSE Regional Apprenticeship lead will be available for queries.
