New policy position statement on air quality

Every year on 07 September, the UN holds its International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies.

This year’s theme of “Together for Clean Air” focuses on the need for stronger partnerships, increased investment and shared responsibility to overcome air pollution.

Air quality is one of many areas that Directors of Public Health work in partnership with a wide range of organisations with to improve the health of their local populations.
